3 Month Subscriptions
You have THIRTY (30) days from the date of your original purchase to request a refund for your MEMBERSHIP. Requests for refunds after THIRTY (30) DAYS will not be processed. You may cancel subscriptions at any time by logging into your account.
Annual Subscriptions
If you purchase an annual subscription, you have THIRTY (30) days from the original purchase date to request a refund for MEMBERSHIP of your annual subscription.

Event tickets purchased can be returned within 14 days for a refund. A ticket costs 6 usd.

Subscription Refunds and Cancellations

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Hong Kong, under the rules of the Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
